Alusion panels are produced in standard 8 feet by 4 feet (1.22m by 2.44m) sheets.
Is it possible to produce non-standard size panels?
Our products can by custom cut using our state-of-the-art cutting equipment. Additional cutting charges may apply.
As our process is continuous, we are able to produce longer than standard length panels and have produced panels 11 feet in length.
Can we (as customers) cut the panels ourselves?
The metal composite used in producing a panel creates a material that is extremely difficult to cut. It is strongly recommended that Cymat do all of the cutting however it is possible for customers to cut the material using low – precision water jet cutting.
What are your lead times?
The lead time for items not yet produced and in inventory is generally 4 – 6 weeks. The lead time for inventory already produced is generally 3-4 weeks.
